Kind of reminds me of the mobile home moving trucks. With the relatively short rear axle to hitch distance, I think would make it a better tow vehicle than the overall length would suggest.

The mobile home toters are short mostly I think for maneuverability.

Otherwise, towing anything with a really short wheelbase suuuuuuuuuuucccccckkkkkkkssss...and if it's got a heavy tongue weight, will cause you a lot of trouble with steering and brakes because it'll pop that front end right up in the air.
