Dropspindels?

New guy from Norway here. I just bought a 1990 C1500. I wonder if I have dropspindels on my truck?

Yep, those do appear to be drop spindles, judging by the distance between the lower ball joint and the axle stub. A stock spindle would have the axle 2" lower.

From the opposite side, but here's a stock spindle on the left, drop spindle on the right:
