How do you turn this thing off? I have the #15 fuse out, been out for years. I was under the dash to re-ziptie my radio/phone Bluetooth mic out of the way and saw the module there right in front of my face. I've read/seen video claiming removal of this module turns off the green light on the dash. When I unplugged it, the green light stayed on, and behaved exactly as it did when it was still plugged in.
