Dome Lights Keep Shorting Out

i have a 97 Extended cab GMC and for some reason everytime i open the doors the fuse pops after a second..

but if i leave the dome override pushed in it doesnt pop when i open the door and the push button dome lights still come on, i put leds in all the sockets and i have had them in there for almost a year now and this just started happening about a month ago, any ideas on where i should look, i checked along the floor, kick panel for shorted wiires, when i put cab lights on i dropped the headliner and i didnt see anything there either
