Dome lights and Map lights not working

Well in my 94 silverado the dome lights do not work at all. They don't come on when the door opens and the don't come on when the button is pressed. I got new dash wiring and I don't know if they dome lights worked before since I never had a battery in the truck with the old wiring. There is one connector with 4 pins coming from the kick panel on the drivers side that I can't find a place to plug in. I have the place to plug it in on the old harness but not this harness. Any idea on how to get the dome lights to work? I'm guessing that this one plug is the issue, everything else works, power windows, locks, etc... Just no dome lights.

Also, when the headlights are on and the key is out the buzzer doesn't turn on. It does go off with the key in and turns off when the door closes.

I assume you have checked fuses and checked to see if the buzzer module is present?

Yes I checked all fuses.

Im curious to what the answer is, my 96 has been flickering like a disco ball for 5 years now, i just leave the bulbs out lol
