de stickering/trim off my truck without butchering the paint

my truck has a stick decal like a strip that runs the length of the truck and Im wanting to remove it without messing up the white paint job to bad.

Heat gun for the molding/trim. Eraser wheel for the rest.

Heat gun and some fishing line, then an eraser to clean it up.

heat gun and go to the parts store and get the adhestive remover in a spray can.. its made by 3M

or alot of times if you can get a edge up on the stripe it will peel right off then use the spray remover to clean it up.. but the paint under it will be a different cuz aver time the UV fades the paint..
