Cutout valves?

Hey guys, this is my first time on here. I have a 97 stepside K1500 with a 3' lift. I am wanting to put a cutout valve on it before the cat meets the exhaust pipe coming down from the exhaust manifold. Not sure if it is possible with my setup and what i would need to do in order to do it correctly... any suggestions?

You would need to rework some stuff to fit it in there. You could move the cat back some. You need about 9"-10" for the Y part. Here is mine before the muffler. I'm running the jegs brand. I have had good luck so far.
