I've been having problems with it for a long time. Started out when I would push the slider over for Resume ( Or usually accelerate up to new setpoint ) sometimes when I let go of the slider, it turns cruise control off altogether. Usually by switching the slider off / on I could get it working again. Now sometimes it simply won't engage, same deal with the slider, I push it over towards the steering column, it doesn't engage. I've had this switch stalk assy replaced around 99k miles. It would not switch high beams ON / OFF reliably.
Am I not using it correctly ? Are you supposed to push the button on the end to set the cruise point ?
BTW '94 Chevy 5.7L V8, K2500 model, AT, base model with 138k miles.
