Couple issues

1. My heat and AC don't blow very hard. The blower sounds like it's blowing good, and I have all my speeds, heat is heat, but it's just not very strong air

2. My wipers sometimes don't work, or work a few times in rapid succession.

With that title I thought you were going to ask for marriage counseling, LOL.
Try ac blower motor resistor for the fan and the wiper motor module for the wipers.

wiper problems have plagued this model truck. Had the same problem with my old 91 rclb. Fixes should be as stated above.

I thought the common issue with the resistor, was that heat only worked on high?
