I suspected my water pump was leaking because I found coolant under the truck, but when I crawled under the front, I saw the leak was lower than the pump at this seal. What am I looking at and how do I replace that gasket?

That's the oil pan gasket, that does not contain coolant. Coolant is likely coming from the weep hole behind the pulley, and collecting at the lowest point before dripping off.

Hmm, I expected to see more coolant splashed around because of the weep hole. I'll try to get a better look or looks for some residue tomorrow morning after I drive it around.
