Clearance issues with distributor for cam offset retard

Changed fuel filter. Holy black dirt! Runs a ton better! Still has a mild hiccup from 1,000-1,500 rpm but I think that is going to be because of a lack of tune for the cam that's in it. After 1,750 she is a smooth as a babies but! Thanks for the help!!! Oh and still no light

I used my mouth to blow back through the filter and it was a huge grey fog for about 3 seconds. It was a pretty nasty Beast!
