I ran stock wheels and py0s on fabtech spindles. The py0s did have 285s and requires a 1/4" spacer or the tire rubs the spindle. With the lift spindles you can not run factory wheel it will rub on a arms I think , 16" wheels it has a min back space think 4.375 17" wheels or bigger no problems

I put these Daystars on my 98 C2500HD http://www.autoanything.com/suspension-systems/61A6485A0A0.aspx
Went on easily and leveled it our 2.5"-3"
Worst part of it all was separating the ball joints from the spindle. I did one side with a coil compressor tool the other side I just used a floor jack to compress the spring and then slowly let the coil lose- I would not recommend doing it that way though. As for the alignment issue that everyone is talking about with the coil spacers, I was able to have mine aligned back to perfect. I have over 25k miles on tires with the leveling kit and see no wear on the tires.Wow this thread is back from the dead...
How bad was the installation? I still haven't done mine, and struggle to find the willpower on a 20 year old truck.
