Buying a used lift kit

I've got a guy who wants to sell me his used RCX 4 inch lift kit. He said it has been on the truck for less than a year and he is asking $400 for it. Would I have to buy anything new with that kit or could I just get everything from him and run with it? How fair of a price do you guys think that is?

On a side note for a little while I'll be running 265/70/16 tires will this look stupid cause its gonna be a couple months before I buy tires.

As long as everything is there id say thats a fair deal. Mightvlook a little fjnny with those small tires but oh well

I'd run 245s if I found a lift that cheap
