Broken Sliding Rear Window

If one of the sliders in the rear window is broken does the whole rear window need to be replaced or can I just replace the slider?

Im considering buying a 94 extended cab Z71 and I was just wondering how much trouble it would be to fix that.

im not sure, but I found power sliders for these trucks for about 500

I dont have the money for that now I just want to get rid of the plastic bag.

Im not saying I wouldnt like to have one.

Im getting ahead of myself though. I need to get the truck first. Even if its not that one I will have an 88-98 Chevy. Unless a pretty little S10 distracts me.
