i have a 98 gmc z71. my brakes got to where i had to pump them for them to work. well i knew the front rotors were shot so i replaced them along with pads and rear shoes. also got a new master cylinder. pumps up fine when i was bleeding them. no air is coming out now and when you crank the truck, pedal hits the floor. no brakes. so i ended up bleeding them 3 times. no air at all and i still have nothing. any ideas?

Did you bleed the master cylinder first? then bleed the lines starting from closest to farthest? You probably just did not bleed it correctly.
