Maybe not, if the break is at the switch or the lamp.
Splice 322 is supposed to be near the dome lamp, 242 is in the "instrument panel harness approximately 12cm from Inflatible Restraint Switch breakout", wherever that is. It may be referring to the passenger airbag on/off switch.
