Bleeding brakes need help understanding reservoir quick!

Maybe it is because I am new to trucks, but I need a cliff's notes version of how to fill the reservoir.

There is a big side and a small side...the small side goes down 2x as fast.

Right or wrong better or worse, I am gravity bleeding at the moment because I have no pumper. It is working well for sure, but just need to understand which side(s) to fill and what that black rubber thing on top is lol.

Would like to get it figured out before the sands of time run out lol.:uhoh2:

The smaller reservior is for the rear brakes larger for the fronts. The rubber thing on top is just a seal. I find works best to put it on the lid then put lid on the reservior.
