Bleeding ABS brakes

I'm going to be doing alot of work to my truck in the coming weeks, a complete front end rebuild and new brakes. Possibly a new master cylinder as well. I want to flush out the brake lines because I'm sure it's never been done before. Can I use a power bleeder on it without screwing up the ABS system? (93 fullsize Blazer)

Got my eye on this one. I just wanted to make sure that forcing the fluid through the system won't mess up the ABS.

I'm trying to find info on swapping an NBS master cylinder into my truck. I know I would need an adapter for one of the lines. Anyone have specifics on this swap, like part #'s for the NBS master cylinder and what threads do I need to adapt from/to?
