Best spark plug for 1994 5.7

I'm needing to change my spark plugs and I usually use either AC Delco or Champion. What plugs do you guys like?

Nothing wrong with Delcos at all but I've just always prefered NGKs or Autolite

Autolites always seem to be on sale when I need to change them. I haven't had any issues with them. I change them every 30K or so

My truck has been running pretty rough lately. No telling how old the plugs are. I guess i should change them.
