Aux. radiator fan barely turns ???

have you jumped it directly from the battery yet... IE hooked alligator clips to the terminals on the fan itself to eliminate all wiring?

I used my battery charger several years ago to test mine. It probably can't be a modern "smart" charger, Though.

Yep just did that last nite and guess what, it ran like a raoed ape. So now what, does it have a relay, one that's specifically for itself and where the hell is it located if there is ??? Ive looked at manuals and diagrams till im blue in the face so if you know please let me know. Thanks

Re-wire the whole system like I said in a previous reply, It's not that complicated.

And solder everything, dont use those cheap crimp connectors.
