My torsion bars are worn out and i can't crank my truck up! I was wondering if anyone have put coil-over shocks on the front of a 4wd gmt400?

probably but why? I may be wrong but I don't think you would get ANY lift with a coil over shock. your bars, are worn out to the point of not giving you any lift? of that's the case I would definitely just replace the bars

Not sure it has ever been done with stock control arms, nor do I see a point for doing it, but with some thought and engineering, I am pretty sure it could be done. Might be worth while to see what can be adapted from other platforms, I believe 07 and up use sometype of strut or coil over to support vehicle weight.
