Does anyone have pics of a 03-05 ford expedition console in an obs?

Am I crazy to think this will look better than the 99 and up two piece?
I think it will fit and those are a dime a dozen.
Here is a older expedition center console 02 and down.

What is the piece on the inside closest to the dash?

That actually looks really good. The peice closest to the dash looks like a custom filler panel.
