Ac signal how many?

Done a carb swap on an 99 3500 454 everything is working as should except ac. It works perfect for about 15 min then the compressor kicks off no power on green wire with white tracer from computer to the ac relay.the fuel pump was doing same thing but I have a way around that.turning key off and back on seems to reset it for a few minutes it’s like computer doesn’t see a rpm signal and cuts off both green wires with white tracer
