ABS Light turns On and HVAC controls shutoff? Why?

Ok need some help! When the ABS light turns on (ABS stops working) I lose my heater control switches and the blower turns off but when the ABS light turns off (ABS startsworking) it all starts working again. Anyone know how these 2 systems are tied together?

Ok so just to update this post! I have figured the issue out and it was a bad Ignition harness going from the key tumbler down to the plug under the dash. When you would tilt the steering column up and down the blower motor and ABS light would flash on and off from working and not working. So sign of a common Chevy truck issue with that going bad but normally the truck has starting issues, not this. See my updated YouTube video showing the problem!
