Nice grab on the cluster, I paid that for mine and it was Brand New lol. Also Id love a console but shipping would suck ass hahaa. Why dont you do the console ?

Is my cluster fixable? Or should I just trade mine for another one?

I was under the impression that the speedo was fixable either in programming or dip switches. But Im not sure on your particular one-but Im leaning programmer.
