Hi all. I have a 97 c3500 with the 454 and DRW. I'm in the process of rebuilding the engine, well the machine shop is and I am having trouble finding a path to the parts I need. The goal is to make the truck better at towing and boring it 30 over and increasing the stroke so it will be a 489ci. Any input would be very greatly appreciated. I'm looking for anything from rotating assembly recommendations to fuel delivery tips and so on. I'm also aware that the computer is going to need swapping or at least reworking to accomadate the new engine configurations but it's all still a big mystery.
