96 power window and locks ???

i was thinking of putting power windows and locks in my truck an i was told all the wiring is there all i had to do was plug them in and put a relay in under the hood and BAM they work!!

is this true? ive read alot of both sides saying yes and no..

i can get complete doors cheap... please let me know asap... fell me in on what needs to be done...

Hello, I have never seen a manual window and lock truck this bodystyle have the power wiring in it, but it's not that hard to add, it run's across behind the dash, and plugs in to the accessory center.

i seen the write up on the 94.. so im in for the same as he did?? damn!! the doors i can get are off a 98 tahoe..

I will be doing the same onmy 97 tahoe it has man. windows but I have a complete wire harness from a 98 c1500 with power mirrors and windows, I will be installing this after I get moved into our new place.
