96 3rd brake light wiring

Can anyone help me out what is the ground and power on these four wires?? I'm sure someone's bought one of these off ebay before haha.

Pretty sure I've seen someone on here posting about the same issue who ended up just returning it and getting a different one. Not sure how you're going to make the cargo lights and the brake light work with only two wires anyway.

My Anzo 3rd brake light on the red truck came with the correct four pin plug and connected right into the factory harness, no wiring.

If you have a multimeter (or test light) and a buddy you could have someone push the brake pedal while you test for continuity.
