95 Chevy tail lights inop

I have tried to search to find if someone has had my same problem as me and haven't found anything yet. So here's my problem I have no tail lights, parking light or tag lights. I do have turn signals but they blink really fast. Let me give some history on the truck I bought if from a co worker and before I bought it the keys got thrown away by his ex. Well he change the ignition switch but he also broke the hazard light switch could this have messed up the multifunction switch. I have changed the rear circuit boards and the lights I had them from an old truck still no change.

Parking lights are on a different fuse than the signal/brake lights etc.....Check fuses first

Probably a fuse or a shorted/broken wire somewhere....get your circuit tester out
