6.5 turbo diesel value

1900 good deal for this truck? http://saginaw.craigslist.org/cto/4116754845.html with a new box and cab corners looks like it will be a decent truck. i'm assuming the front calipers are locked up

I would suggest being wary of a 6.5 that has been admittedly used hard... they arent very reliable to begin with
