5.25 Comp.set in dash speaker Location?

Thinking of replacing the stock 4x6's with a set of Rockford Power 5.25s. I know there will be some modification to make this work. Thats not the question. How well will it sound in comparison to either door location or kick panel location. I would prefer not to place in kick panel location or even the doors. Has anyone done this and have any pics if so?

better then a 4x6 by a long shot but best is doors or kicks
