4X4 not woking

The push button is a NP243 (New Process).

If it isnt the actuator, it might be the transfercase switch on top of the transfercase, the little ball can get seized in there causing it to stay in 2hi.

Again, thank you. How hard is this I get at? It's currently -20 C here and I'm considering letting the dealership deal with it if its to big of a job. I'm currently a driveway mechanic , no heated shop.
