4wd not Working

I have a 2000 k2500 . The 4wd quit working. I pulled the front diff actuator out and tried to switch to 4wd. And started buzzing like it was trying to it dwork butidn't actually move. So I bought a new one out it on and same thing happened. It is the push button 4x4 and the light just blinks . Sometimes the ANS light and brake light will flash in and off with it too? Just wondering if anyone had experience with this. Or maybe any tips on what to look for Thanks

Mine blinks when engaging, usually works better if you're slowly rolling and in neutral. Then it should blink a few times and engage. Never heard the clicking sound, just a solid "chunk" sound when the solenoid engages.
