4WD Doesnt Work

I've always had to kill the engine to put mine in 4lo,otherwise it grinds like hell.Not sure if that's normal but it worksfor me.After I re-start the 4lo works fine.

Mines always been the same way but i very seldom ever used 4lo

The 4wd actuator on the front pumpkin was dirty, little cleaning and she worked great

for yall that have a grinding when going into 4lo check ur tcase fluid when my 91 was low it would make a grinding noise and it didnt go in to easy.
