I ran 35s on 3.73s with a 98 ecsb with a 350 and an 05 ecsb with 5.3 and 3.42s, the 98 got about 10 in town and 13 highway and the 05 got about 13 city and 17 highway. I also ran 37s and 35s on a 2000 with a 454 and 3.73s, the mpg on that never got out of single digits unless I was on the highway doing 55-65 for a long period of time.

With my 92 (350 TBI) I can average around 12-13mpg with 35" tires and 4.56 gears with normal everyday driving, no highways. Before the gears was getting around 10. Gears were one of the best upgrades done to my truck IMO.

My 2WD lifted 7 inches maybe 9 inches with the 33's I am getting about 11-14. my opinion as well as what my buddy told me, if youre concerned about gas mileage on a lifted truck then you need to leave it alone. I run through $80 a week, yes you read that right.

^ this

An I go through $80 a week at stock height on 265/75/17's. My truck gets right at 16, I avoid the highway as much as possible...

Edit: I go between 350-375 per tank....

Boy, I go through $80 a week in my wife's Hyundai. If I were to drive the truck, it'd be about $140...

Im only getting 245 to 260 out of a tank, and thats using pure gas without ethanol. I went through a half tank carying stuff in the back of the truck and a 8 ft trailer full of brush, that took 2 trips and the landfill was only about 18 miles away one way.

I go through 75 a week now but when I had my nbs it was 125 a week and when I had my 400s I would drive my now ex's 06 gmc and her daddy's gas card. That was nice.
