I would do the ebl personally if it had a stick. Tunable with knock protection

I would just simply use the TBI 350 electrical and computer and bolt it to the manual transmission it’s not a big deal.

They're mostly equivalent. Holley software is fancier, but I think the major selling point is the base tune wizard and autolearn. Plus you can slap it on any carb manifold so you've got flexibility with runner length and such.

My main reasoning for the sniper is ease of installation. I hate dealing with woring and computers, so the sniper efi would be so much simpler than using a chevy computer and injection system.
