I got a 1998 chevy extended cab. Does anybody know if I would be able to run 315/75-16 tires with a 4" inch Rough Country lift?

It's possible with trimming. But why not get the 6"? Only difference is the aal in the rear and a few dollars.

Considering everybody and their brother cranks 2" and stuffs 285s (roughly 33x11.50), you could fit a 315 (roughly 34.5x12.5) with 4" of lift.

The tires might give you a bit of trouble, but as someone else said why not get the 6 inch lift? It's higher for about the same price and those tires will certainly fit on a six inch lift

factory offset i see minimal issues. rubbing at the valance upfront. it also depends upon the tire. i know with factory offset and running 315 mud grapplers the rear will hit the leaf springs because of the massive lugs on the sides and nitto tires tend to be wider than the tire tells you.

I have the same size tires and a 9" lift, it all depends on the tire brand and wheel backspace.
