305 vortec to 350 vortec

Hi everyone so i figured out I’m going with a 350 vortec for my truck. It was a factory 305 vortec truck what all will I need? The person with the engine is willing to sell the ecm if need be. I already know the exhaust is different and I’m going true duals anyways.

Yes the black box on the driver side is the ECM. May not even need the harness

Sorry I was wrong. I thought they had a y pipe and 2 forward and 1 behind. Still learning
