Ok so i bought my husband a 95 gmc sierra SLE c2500 almost 2 years ago and a year ago we had the truck go in limp mode ( 6+ trouble codes having to do with transmission, no PRND21 light indicator, no speedometer or rpms. We changed a number of different things before we found out it was the ignition starter switch. Anyways when we changed it i took the old apart to see if i could figure out what had happened, everything seemed fine i couldn't pinpoint the problem. Well here a year later its doing it again and at the moment dont have the money to get a new one. When its in limp mode it seems to guzzle gas and with the prices here in california i need help figuring out what would cause the ignition starter switch to go out within a year. Would anyone happen to have a pinout diagram for the connector
