1994 C1500. fuel or exhaust problem?

Its a 94 TBI doesnt have a MAF sensor.I would check the fuel lines on the driver side on my 90 i had to replace them pretty easy considering theres only 12+psi in the lines.I would take off your air filter and look at the fuel injector spray while the truck is running could have a leaky injector.Also a exhaust leak before the o2 will make the truck run PIG rich.

My bet is a plugged cat, is the cat stock? get a $40 Thunderbolt high flow and that should help

i found out what it was. it was the fuel return line. it was cracked and leaking all the way down the frame. which is why i couldnt see it, but still smelled gas. but thank you to everyone who helped me.
