Hey everyone, I'm new to the site and this is my first post, so please bear with me.
I bought a 1992 K1500 Silverado "Heavy Half". Single owner, 143k RCLB. I've preformed a basic tune up: Plugs, Wires, Oil, Fuel Filter, Disturber Cap and Rotoer Button. Is there anything else I may have missed?
I'm need to this truck, so is there a list of common problems I need to look for or things I may need to prepare for?
Should I leave the air tube from the fender to the air box on or off?
What are the best shocks out there to replace the old ones with?
I'm wanting to run a GM 17 inch wheel with a set of 285/70R17, is it better to crank or go with keys?
If I use keys, will I need to do anything to the rear?
I've tried to research as much as possible, but I'm not having much luck on finding info. Can y'all please school me? Thank you!
