All you need to do is cut a relief section in the "rain gutter" looking edge of the LCA. Have someone turn the wheel lock to lock and see where the spindle contacts the wheel, then you know where to cut. Cut a section longer than you might think so that you can compensate for suspension travel...

I just fear that the fronts will come out a tad too much to make up for with fender rolling. With my current 235/75's, they're a hair outside the front fenders - and I'm not even dropped out front yet.

replace clutch fan with Electric fan

Just completed my 0411 swap last weekend, looking into fans now. Lextech hooked me up with the pins in it when I got it from him and Justin at set me up with good on and off temps when he did my tune. I can snag a Mark8 fan for a pretty good price. Just need to know how to wire it up.

completed the swap last night in about 2 hours taking my time. The truck runs great, idles great. Although this morning it threw a P0405 code for a low circuit on the EGR. I verified the correct wire position C2 pin 7 and spliced into the connector end of the pink EGR connector wire like the pin...

3rd Coast Z, I'm getting my 0411 kit from Lextech soon, he put in tow/haul mode and included the wiring necessary. Would you mind explaining how you wired up your momentary switch to activate tow/haul mode?

They may be listed as 5x127, 127 being in millimeters. 5" is equal to 127 mm. The first 5 is for # of lugs, second is the circle. 5x127mm = 5x5 in

What are people paying for their RC 4'' spindle kits for 2wd's? Their current price is right at $500, that's pretty reasonable I guess compared to Canuck's prices, except RC would be cheaper for me because I wouldn't be paying for my lift to be shipped from Canada to Houston, TX. Just wondering...

Thumbs up to motorsports tech. I'm looking into buying my set from them. They CNC machine a fresh set if they don't carry the grind you need. We have 5x5" so it's pretty common, and they are hub centric.
