    if you had more than a 4" lift on it then yeah id go with blocks. but its really not a big difference between the 4" lift and stock 3/4 ton rear springs. i blew my rear end bout 5 years ago and i stuffed a rear axle and leaf springs from a 4wd tahoe with posi. and it actually brought my truck up...

    when its in park it makes a bad grinding noise like possibly the torque converter. and when the trans is cold. shift fine as soon as it gets warm is when it shifts bad, the fluid and filter are bout a year old. only put bout 2500 to 3000 miles a year on the truck total. im guessing its done lol.

    I removed mine its threaded on the inside. I used a box cutter and a big paid of vise grips. Tore into that bad boy but got it off. Had a beer tap on it for a bit but it was way to heavy so i stuck it on a jeep

    Yeah forsure. Hell right now mines parked behind the house with a blown trans. Saving up money to get it replaced then send the other one off to mexico and getbit rebuilt for a back up.

    My cousin had a c1500 rcsb. Put the same spindles as my c2500 . i wanna say it sat bout 2 or 3 inches lower in the front than mine. He found a set of coil springs from a c2500 in a junk yard. Slapped em in. Truck sat level with mine. I think he added a 1" block in the rear too.

    Currently blew the trans out. Been saving up money to replace the trans, torque converter, rebuild the engine while im at it.
