    so i picked up my 140A alternator today. its physically bigger. now i went to install it and the rear bracket is different. has anyone run into this? whaat bracket did you go to? id like to get this thing on asap

    havent posted in my thread for awhile, been busy with work and moving provinces. well i finally got my exhaust re done, i think it looks much better! and my tranny the bed so i put in another used 4l60e. and im on the hunt for some new tires to put on my fuel wheels...oh and i got a gmc grille...

    driving my truck to the shop to swap the tranny out and i got a check engine light. would a slipping tranny cause the engine light?

    bummmer haha. i really didnt want to play with the exhaust. i guess when i take the transfer case off ill see if there is a gasket to come off lol

    hey guys i picked upp a used tranny for my 96 k1500 4x4. just looking to see if anyone has some info on the swap or a little step by step. does the exhaust have to come out in order to drop trans? and is there a gasket between the t-case and tranny? thanks!
