98 Sold - Now have 2005 Crew!

Guy I know at work was selling a low mileage 2005 Silverado 1500 LT Crew for well below market and it's black on black, so I bit! Sold the 98 ECSB Stepside in about a week and got my money right back out of it. Loved the 98, but this 2005 is awesome. Will be finding another forum, so C-Ya L8R.

Heater core removal instructions needed

Recently changed all the coolant hoses on my 98 305 with 191K miles. All of them were original (yes, 12 years old)!! One of the hoses had a small leak where it connects to the heater core, so I tried 2 different new clamps to no avail. Bypassed the heater core and the leak stopped. Seems I...

Fuel gauge issue

Newbie here, just purchased a 98 Ext Cab Short Bed stepside, great condition. The fuel gauge needle vibrates rapidly back and forth when the truck is running. Position (reading) seems right, but it constantly vibrates slightly above and below its position. Any help with the cause and fix...
