4/6 drop question

I'm buying a djm 4/6 drop kit asap for my 95 ecsb. I want to run the factory steel rims and tire size. I've been told it will clear. Is that true? Is rhe lwr ctrl arm kit worth buying? Will I have wheel clearance issues with a spindle kit? I'm buying a kit today, probably by 5pm est.

Wheel Offset

So I measured my stock wheel offset and I got 4 inches. So when I'm looking at aftermarket wheels, is this a positive 4 inches or a negative 4 inches? I measured the backside of the wheel. Had a straight edge across the rim and measured from the center of the rim where the holes are for the...

4.3L Vortec Info

I have a 1997 4.3L Vortec CPI engine. It is creeping up on 250,000 miles. Burning little more than 1/2 Qt of oil every 500 miles. I'm looking to replace it. I can buy a 2008 4.3L vortec with 5,000 miles on it for $500 from a junk yard an hour away. (Via A online junkyard search engine)...

Driveshaft Question....

I have a 1997 ECSB C1500 with a NV3500 Trans. My bearing on the two piece drive shaft is going out. I don't really fell like messing with it.... So, Will a regular drive shaft from a Regular Cab Long Box fit?

Stock tires on a 4-2 lower?

I've looked all around and didn't find the answer... Sorry if its been asked before. 1997 ECSB 2 wheel drive. I want to do a 4 inch drop in the rear and a two inch drop up front. Will the stock wheels and tires fit? 235/75 R15?

Differences in Doors

are all the doors from 1988-1998 the same, as in the door structure? I had hit a deer with my 97 and I just found a rust free door from a 1991... and that is a different style interior. Would my panel bolt up. I have manual windows and locks, as does this possible donor door. It needs a outer...
