    im going to run the c2500 arms on my truck but swaping ball joints to k1500 so theres no modifying the knuckle it may be cheaper to get a set from the salvage yard and do the ball joint swap

    ? about the rear brake hose / vent tube bracket.

    what kind of notch do you have the weld in or bolt it? and what drop? i drilled the two small holes on the notch for my bracket and threaded the hole for the bolt if its bolt on id think it would have a spot to drill threw

    ive herd a few people say lexani's tires are way to soft for heavy trucks it chews them up. personaly i stick with nittos on all my stuff unless i get a deal on the firestone destination s/t tires.

    so ive done my reseach and got all my stuff to do the stock floor body drop but i keep seeing every now and then that some are z'ing there frame or dropping the core support mounts down 1/4 to 1/2 farther down then the cab mounts..is the crossmember lower than the rails of the frame? i want this...

    its quite all right i can say alot of the pictures online stores use are a genaric show of parts. its thown me a couple times as well but glad to know you called them and did some research too.

    it puts the axle on top of the springs beltech should supply a notch with the flip to allow suspension travel. they think it out farely well. if thats the company your geting the drop from as well. the springs them selfs dont move other than to get out of the way to get the springs on top.

    you can do the 4or5/7 drop to get the lowest you want but if you get to low being as long as you are if there is to much of a sudden grade change you can high center easy. but with the helper bags you can haul without and issue. it will even help having everyone and all the gear alone the bags...

    personaly....large trucks either sleave firstones or slam specialtys bags...viar is a better compressor for everyday use if you dont go engine driven...and my personal preferance on valves would be smc valves...but most are just as good....this is all my opinion though theres not much of a right...

    yep you can it takes a little work but worth it your recirculation vent will have to be cut and moved in some. and either move the harness on the firewall over or turn it vertical like ive seen some do.

    if i get that exotic ive had an idea for headers floating in my head of replacing the tubes all together and some how puting a spiral to the pipes from the flange off the head down to the collector...like finding someone that builds 8 sided pipe that can hold up to the heat...

    didnt think about that. dosnt hurt to try. were you talking about cutting and extending the primary tubes to drop the collector down to clear? shoot i could make them into long tubes that way. probably help if i had a build going to show everyone what was going on. thanks for the help

    thats what i have i belive. its the flowtech shorty headers and the collectors tuck just underneth the firewall without the body drop. unless there is a actual short shorty set.

    its a pain in the butt to do on the obs but if done right it helps a ton with camber. but it all depends on wheel back spacing or wheel placement if it can be done. ive only seen guys tring to lay out on 22s and bigger do it though.
