What all is involved in converting to a floor shifter on the 96+ 60E's? Also what would be a good shifter to get? Not looking for any kind of fancy slap shifting manual wanna be shifter, just a simple shifter I can put in a console and look clean.- willinthe985

What's involved in lsx swap?
What exactly is involved into swapping a gen III engine into an obdII truck? Is it just a simple swap and re-pinning the wiring harness to work with the newer ecm, or is there more custom wiring involved? 4l60E dipstick tube broken
I finally got a chance to see why my transmission dipstick was loose. I thought it might have been a 2 piece tube and just came apart, but pulled the piece up and it's broken.
