    Dual exhaust question.

Yes it’s overkill but it will work, I’ve done it a few times because I didn’t want to redo the exhaust at a later date. I always wanted to do 4in single exhaust like the mufflex system for f body cars.

    3/4 Ton of fun - ‘95 Sierra

There is a local ac service company that has there service trucks wrapped to look like a mid 70s square body. They are mint green and white with a simulated trim. Looks awesome!

    3/4 Ton of fun - ‘95 Sierra

Slosh tubs!!! Very reasonably priced too, they also make other cool panels for 88-98 trucks.

I’m a DA…what maintenance have you screwed up?

I forgot that the cam in my boat was a 4/7 swap firing order. it didn’t take me long to figure it out but it was still a simple mistake. I’ve dropped a nut down the intake on my car in HS, it was a 5.0 mustang with a edelbrock performer intake with a side panel that had to be removed to get to...

    95 Suburban, The family cruiser.

Haven’t really done much to it lately, took it on a short trip during Easter weekend. I want to fine tune the front suspension (maybe coil-overs or air) some but the rear is dailed in perfectly. The rear is simple, didn’t have to do anything to the gas tank or a/c lines. I’m trying to save a...

Really wish ppl would stop bringing me trucks with hydraulic fluid in trans

I bet McCormick vodka would work good as windshield wiper fluid. Wouldn’t freeze either.

Really wish ppl would stop bringing me trucks with hydraulic fluid in trans

No, but whatever you do don’t clean your windshield with brake clean it will melt the rubber on the wipers and make black goo. Field service truck would get covered in oil sometimes and washer fluid wouldn’t work. I heard tears from baby seals work the best

    Worst OBS mods

They are pretty awesome trucks so I don’t mind. I sure miss my ccsb 4x4 97 powerstroke, I was lucky enough to be able to have it in 8lug and diesel power magazine. I would have to say corvette roll pans and half assed lowered takuache 88-98s are top of my list, I really don’t like anything that...

    BBK Exhaust Header

Back in my 5.0 fox mustang days I ran BBK equal length shortys, with a Mac Pro-chamber and bassani mufflers, it had a truly wicked sound. Anyways, yes bbk is a good brand.

Really wish ppl would stop bringing me trucks with hydraulic fluid in trans

I put a stick of butter in every torque converter i replace. But you have to use the fake butter, the vegetable oil is very similar to hydraulic fluid.

Front wheels track wider than rear?

Good quality spacers work great. My neighbor has them on his duramax for the same reason. He is constantly hauling tractors and large loads, probably has had them on for 5ish years.

    Whats the difference

I would double check the title vs the vin tag. It’s possible that it’s a typo. I had it happen before on a corvette, didn’t even realize it until I sold it.

    Whats the difference

Where are you getting your vin number from? Title? Door jam? Vin tag?

    Odd question

Reality is that we are not racing a 500ci pro stock where every HP counts. If you want to flip your lid go ahead, want to put a nice open element breather go ahead. The fuel spray(along with other things) from a tbi acts the same as a carb, it will cool your IAT hints why a lot of blow through...

    Am I underpowered?

I can’t even get the tires on my suburban to break loose by power braking. But my 92 will do burnouts for distance. Everybody wants to do a smokey burnout every now and then.
