Blinker Problems

I have a 88 k1500, the blinkers stay solid when I flip the switch up or down. Occasionally they will will blink but when I slow down they go solid if they blink at all. I can still manually click them. My hazards work. What's weird is that if you turn the key to where the lights on the dash come...
